All purchases must be paid on the day of auction by cash, credit card or bank transfer. buyers are responsible for the items they buy once the hammer has fallen.
1°) Buyer’s premium:
In addition to the hammer price, the buyer will pay either :
- voluntary sales : 21 %
- or judicial sale (marked *) : 14,4 %
- or « crédit municipal » (marked **) : 16,6 %

2°) Payment
A 10% guarantee could be asked for registration for items with an estimate of 10 000 euros and more.

-By cash : Up to 1000 euros if the buyer has his tax residence in France or act as a professional client
Up to 15000 euros if the buyer justifies he has no tax residence in France and if he is not a professional client.
-Credit card : VISA AND MASTERCARD (by the card owner with his identity card and a commercial registry (K-bis) form).
• DISTANCE PAYMENT
-BANK TRANSFERS in Euro : compulsory for amounts higher than 800 euros. International buyers must make the transfer with the option « our », which means all bank fees are at their cost.
-CREDIT CARD : a maximum amount of 800 euros for the Euro Zone. Not accepted for payment outside the Euro zone.
UNPAID PURCHASES WILL IN NO CASE BE DELIVERED.
UNPAID ITEMS WILL BE PUT ON SALE AGAIN WITHIN 2 MONTHS FOLLOWING THE SENDING OF A REGISTERED LETTER
3°) Invoices
Invoices can be modified within a 7 days-delay after auction (change of name or adress).
4°) Exhibition - Responsibility
An exhibition before auction enables potential buyers to have the condition of all items, furniture, paintings and jewels for sale.
All items are sold « as is ». The bidder acknowledges that all auction items are available for inspection prior to the auction and it is the bidders reponsibility to have inspected the item before bidding. No claim against the auctioneer will be accepted in respect to the usual restorations and small defects.
5°) Bids and Telephone Lines

TELEPHONE BIDS
We reserve the right to limit phone bidding for the most popular lots in the auction. We will always try to accommodate phone bidders, but it may not always be possible due to lack of phones or staff.

2°) all phone bidders will be considered as a buyer at the lower estimate
bids will be accepted until the day before auction
